Salzburg’s spring car show put more than 230 vehicles from around 40 brands on the floor, a line-up the organiser called “so umfassend wie nie zuvor”. The word “premiere” turned up on a Renault Twingo’s windscreen and on a Suzuki bonus card. The organiser’s own headline premiere was a leisure fair.
Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH ran the Automesse together with the Garten Messe and the new Freizeit Messe. Its closing release is headed “Frühlingsauftakt mit Premiere”, and that premiere is the Freizeit Messe. It claims no car premiere.
Premiere On The Glass, Bonus On The Card
A green Renault Twingo E-Tech Electric wore “PREMIERE” on its windscreen, which is the dealer’s word. Renault Austria’s release of 26 May 2026 put the sales start at the Renault Rendezvous of 28 to 30 May, from €19,990.
At Auto Swoboda a Suzuki e Vitara read “Jetzt mit Premierenbonus. Der neue e-Vitara € 29.990”. Suzuki Austria lists the e Vitara from €33,590, and its €29,990 offer for the 49 kWh version is “bereits reduziert um € 3.600 Sommerbonus”, for contracts until 30 September 2026.
On Suzuki Austria’s own figures, then, €29,990 is the bonus price and €33,590 the list. We cannot say whether the March card used the same arithmetic. How four regional shows used the word is in What Premiere Means At A Regional Show.

A Golf GTI Edition 50 And The New GLB
A red Volkswagen Golf GTI Edition 50 stood on the VW stand. Volkswagen Austria announced it on 30 October 2025 with 239 kW (325 PS) and “Preisen ab 57.190 Euro”.
Autorevue gives a fuller picture: a base price of €62,190, or €57,190 for private customers after all bonuses. The Performance package adds €5,860.

A black Mercedes-Benz GLB at Pappas stood beside a “NEUHEIT” floor sign. Mercedes-Benz had unveiled the new electric GLB in December 2025, and our Mercedes report follows it across four shows.
Pappas was also the dealer the organiser quoted. Georg Pappas Automobil’s sales manager said “im Fokus steht klar die Elektromobilität”.

A GT3 R Rennsport, The Vision O And An M3 CS Touring
AUTO TV’s own video titles name this show for three more exhibits. The first is a Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport, described as one of 77. The second is Škoda’s Vision O estate concept.
The third is a BMW M3 CS Touring in Sapphire Black. AUTO TV’s description of that video mentions a price board of €174,199.
One Ticket, Three Fairs
The Automesse ran from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 March 2026 at the Messezentrum Salzburg, and one ticket covered all three fairs. The organiser’s special feature was an offroad course in Hall 9, with visitors riding along. We were there on the Friday and the Saturday.
The organiser reported “rund 20.000 Besucher” for the three fairs together. There is no car-show-only figure.

Read The Small Print Before The Sign
Salzburg’s organiser sells the show as a market place, and its own release says so. The car halls are a dealers’ floor, where bonuses and the word premiere travel together. The organiser names no model, so every car above comes from our photographs and AUTO TV’s videos.
If a car here is on your list, read the conditions on the bonus card before the premiere sign. That is where Salzburg’s prices are made.
